GateHawk offers one-of-a-kind telephone entry systems for multifamily communities of all sizes. I had the opportunity to help launch this sister tech company within a larger corporation, taking on multiple roles to bring the brand to life. As Product Manager and Lead Product Designer, I worked closely with hardware and software engineers to design and build both the physical devices and digital applications. My work spanned industrial design, user experience, and maintaining product cohesion across platforms. The resulting intercom system integrated seamlessly with a mobile app and web portals, delivering a cohesive experience for multiple types of users.

GateHawk Mobile App
The GateHawk Resident App allows users to interact with the intercom directly from their mobile devices. Residents can schedule visitor access, receive video calls from the intercom, and remotely unlock access points, all within the application.

GateHawk Web Portal
The GateHawk Web Portal is designed to serve a variety of users, including internal administrators, GateHawk dealers, and property staff. Each user type has specific permissions that allow them to monitor intercom units, manage tenants, and control access points according to their role.

GateHawk Technician Mode
A unique feature of the GateHawk product line is Technician Mode, which can be enabled directly on the intercom and controlled through a dedicated technician application. This mode allows for efficient testing, configuration, and maintenance of the units in the field.
