UX/UI | Product Management
LittleBird’s Self-Guided Tours feature enables property management teams to engage prospective residents by opening model units during designated hours, allowing tours at their convenience while extending availability beyond office hours. As both Product Manager and UX Designer, I led the project from concept to launch, defining the business need, creating requirements and designs, managing an offshore development team, and collaborating with marketing and sales on the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and training materials.
Problem
Property management teams wanted to give prospective residents the ability to tour their communities during off-hours or when staff members weren’t available. Self-guided tours have since become a standard in the prop-tech industry, a trend accelerated by the pandemic, which pushed properties to adopt non–in–person touring options that remained popular even after restrictions were lifted.
Solution
Through LittleBird’s all-in-one platform, property managers can easily customize and manage tour requests from prospective residents. This feature not only streamlines day-to-day operations but also helps properties fill vacant units more quickly by making it easier for potential residents to schedule and complete tours.
